Hi :) I’m new to the blogging world and wanted to start by telling you a little about me and the changes I made for the better.....2012 The Best Year of my life (so far)
It was December 2011, I just turned 27 and I was faced with some big life changes. My boyfriend of 7 years and I went our separate ways, sold our amazing house and I moved back in with my parents with my gorgeous puppy 'Dewi'. There was no room for me at my parents, I was sleeping on the sofa, but I felt so grateful to have a home, and I was happier than I had been in a very long time. I had the most amazing family and friends you could ever wish for, who loved me and supported me through all the changes and decisions I was facing.

An amazing inspiring man introduced me in a time of need to a book, 'The Secret' by Rhonda Byrne. I read it within a few days, I couldn't put it down. It really got me thinking about what it was I really wanted out of life, and made me believe I could get it. There was going to be no more settling just because..... I was determined to get exactly what I wanted and only that.

So I made a decision that 2012 was going to be a year of lots of fun and amazing holidays, and this is exactly what happened.
In February I visited Vegas. It was my first experience of travelling abroad alone..... a 10 hour flight with one stop in LA and a night and Day in Vegas alone before my friend arrived to join me. It was an amazing feeling to have such independence. I still can’t believe I did it. (I also cant believe how little pictures I took of such an Incredible place).

In April I visited Miami to celebrate the Sale of the house, such a relief, it sold amazingly quick.... so very lucky. I had always dreamt about moving abroad, visiting Miami and staying with a friend and experiencing a little bit of local life just made me realise moving away was a dream I had to make a reality sooner rather than later. I loved my stay here; it really opened my eyes to what the world has to offer. I will definitely be revisiting as soon as I can.

In May I visited Family in Barcelona with my sister to celebrate her 21st Birthday. My Sisiter, Me, Sun, and some alcohol beverages = mischief, and getting lost. We has such fun, I hope we get to go away together again soon....

Note to self, need to visit Barcelona again soon, lush to see family and so much to see and do.
In September I visited Ibiza, I'd been before when I was 21 but WOW I didn't realise how stunning the island was. Soo much fun, and amazing memories

I re-visited Ibiza in October for a long weekend break, after having to make the toughest decision ive ever had to make to re-home my gorgeous wolf. I know it was the best decision for Dewi, and now he has a sister Memphis and the most wonderful family who spoil him rotten. I miss him every day, but I am so grateful for the time I had with him. :))

And in between all this holidaying there were lots of weekends in London, an amazingly fun weekend in Newquay, and lots and lots and lots of fun nights out and partying with my favourite people.
I was in a secure job, for an amazing charity, with a very supportive manager. And I was somehow able to do all this in one year. I had to write it all down as sometimes I need reminding of how truly lucky I am that I was able to experience it all. I can honestly say 2012 is a year I will never forget, it was everything I dreamt it would be, and more! As my friend Dancing Dayo would tell me.. 'we're here for a good time not for a long time!!'
